Organic Hojicha powder from the rolling hills of Wazuka, Japan where most of Uji matcha is grown.  Single cultivator Yabukita, picked exclusively from the Spring Harvest, certified organic cultivation. Steamed, rolled and gently dark roasted, resulting in a comforting roasted and slightly nutty taste.  Enjoy it whisked up with warm water or as comforting low caffeine alternative over milk and ice or as latte.  High Premium Grade Hojicha.
