An aromatic and rich herbal blend of whole cardamon , cloves, ginger and cinnamon. The warm spices pairs perfectly with milk and a dash of honey or is lovely just on it's own. Get creative and add some black or green tea to the spices during the day if you would like a caffeine boost.
Chai Yoga Tea
2 teaspoons per 220ml
With or Without Milk
Best to add a touch of boiling water and let it infuse and then add warm milk of choice and a dash of honey ( for a faster infusion crack the spices before infusing )
For a bit of variety add a 1 teaspoon of black or green tea to the herbal chai for an extra energy boost
